We’ve talked a lot on the site about various types of commercial renovations, and in this post we’d like to share a more specific example of a repair job many commercial property owners/managers may encounter.
In this case the egress bridge on a commercial building was decayed and weak, posing a major safety issue for anyone trying to use it.
Given that an egress bridge is obviously meant for quick exits from the building in case of an emergency, this isn’t something that business can let stand for any length of time.
