Several units in this retirement community are getting new porches, both on the back door areas of the homes as well as the front. We’d completed some new back porches earlier on, which you can see here.
In the last 30 days, we’ve begun prepping a few properties for the concrete pours needed to add sharp looking patios in the front door area.

Last summer we also built new bridges for the retirement community’s nearby park.
Here are the front porches, now framed out and ready for the concrete pour. Severe weather put this part on hold for a couple weeks, but we are now ready to proceed.
